Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
If you use RIST's messaging or calling features, we collect and process the phone numbers involved — your own RIST number and the numbers of the contacts you ask RIST to reach on your behalf. We use them solely to place your calls and deliver your messages, to show you your own message and call history, and to record and honor opt-out requests. For each recipient number we keep a consent record — whether we have sent the one-time introductory disclosure, whether they have replied, and whether they have opted out — so we never message anyone who has asked us to stop.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, and are excluded from every other category of data sharing described in this policy.
Message content and metadata are retained so that RIST can show you your own conversation history. Voicemail recordings are deleted 30 days after you listen to them, and a voicemail's transcript and details one year after it is received; a voicemail you have never listened to is never deleted. Transcripts of your live conversations with the RIST assistant are held for two minutes and then discarded.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
